I have 15 years of experience with helping others fulfil their dreams. Vision coaching enables you to clear out your subconscious thought patterns and beliefs that are no longer supporting you in a positive way. I then enable you to re-programme your subconscious mind with the successful outcome of whatever you want to achieve. This is achieved through a process of deeply relaxing techniques and visualisations that alter your brain wave pattern from the usual Beta to Alpha, Theta and then Delta. Theta and Delta brain wave patterns help you to connect with your subconscious mind, creativity and intuition and promote a powerful healing in the body, mind and emotions. Coaching is conducted either face to face or over the telephone or via skype. I have experience of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds ... and with proven track records in helping people to fulfil their potential.
This coaching involves erasing negative thought patterns that block your success by using unique proven techniques so you can realign your subconscious with your conscious mind.
